Ordering & Shipping Information |

Placing an order: You can place orders by mail, telephone or fax. We accept purchase orders (minimum $100.00) from government agencies and companies with established credit. There is no surcharge for payment by credit card. Overseas orders must be prepaid by credit card, wire transfer or a company check in US dollars payable through a US bank. |

Shipping: Orders received before 1 p.m. PST will usually ship that day. We charge a flat rate of $10.00 per order for UPS ground shipping within the continental US. Please contact us for a quote for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and non-US destinations. To be sure of same day shipment by ground, orders have to be called in by 1pm PST since UPS usually picks up between 2 and 2.30pm.
